Victoria, BC is full of beautiful places to reflect, and integrate any insights from your Reiki, Tarot, or Astrology session.
Whether you’re seeking quiet parks, gardens, or other mindful spaces, these local spots can help you stay centered, grounded, and connected throughout the city.
Here are my favorite spots in Victoria to support your practice, spiritual growth, and wellbeing.

01. The Integration Walk: Dallas Road to Clover Point
Take a walk along Dallas Road. Allow the open water and long shoreline to create space for reflection. The walk towards Clover Point gives you time to connect with yourself, process anything that came up, and calm your nervous system before returning to your day.

02. The Forest Reset: PKOLS (Mount Douglas Park)
When the city feels too busy, PKOLS (Mount Douglas) offers a quiet space to clear your head. Practice grounding techniques or reflect in the forest after a Reiki session, Tarot or Astrology reading. While Beacon Hill is beautiful, the higher-elevation trails at PKOLS provide a different perspective to come through. Hug a tree for me while you're there!

03. The Wellness Hub: Market Square & Pacific Rim College
Market Square has long been a central spot in Victoria. Visit the courtyard to take in the beauty, sip a turmeric-ginger latte at Green Cuisine, or stop by Pacific Rim College for a free or low-cost consult in herbalism, holistic nutrition, or TCM. This is a vibrant, welcoming place for anyone exploring wellness in the city.
