Land Acknowledgement

I respectfully acknowledge that I live, work, and operate on the unceded traditional territories of the Lək̓ʷəŋən (Songhees and Esquimalt) Peoples and the W̱SÁNEĆ Peoples.

These Nations have lived, cared for, and stewarded these lands since time immemorial. Their ongoing relationship with this land is a source of strength, wisdom, and community. I honour their histories, their cultures, and their leadership.

Truth & Reconciliation

I commit to continual learning, reverence, and meaningful action as part of the path to reconciliation. I recognize that reconciliation is more than words — it is a responsibility. I will work to listen, amplify Indigenous voices, and support efforts that foster healing, justice, and solidarity. As my understanding deepens and my capacity grows, I will update this page to reflect the tangible actions I’m taking.
