1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.oceanauraalchemy.com (the “Site”) and the products and services offered through the Site.

Ocean Aura Alchemy is a legally registered business name operated by a sole proprietor in British Columbia, Canada (“Ocean Aura Alchemy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

The Site offers Reiki  and energy healing services, guided meditations, non-clinical breathwork, and spiritual resources.

By accessing or using the Site, creating an account, purchasing a product, downloading a free resource, or booking a service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Site or purchase our products or services.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account, purchase products, or book services through the Site.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including text, images, graphics, logos, photographs, blog posts, digital downloads, audio files, guides, readings, and other materials—is owned by or licensed to Ocean Aura Alchemy and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Site materials for your personal, non-commercial use only.

Where a digital product is made available for download, you may download and use one copy for your own personal use unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

• Remove copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.

• Use Site materials for commercial purposes without written permission.

This license automatically terminates if you violate these Terms. Ocean Aura Alchemy reserves the right to revoke access to digital products or Site materials where permitted by law.

If we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms or applicable law, we may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the Site or services, subject to applicable law.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, and other information are accurate. However, minor differences may occur, and we do not guarantee that descriptions, images, or other Site content will always be complete, current, or error-free.

Ocean Aura Alchemy reserves the right to modify product or service offerings, pricing, availability, or descriptions at any time.

If we cancel an order or are unable to provide a purchased product or booked service, we will provide any refund required by applicable law and, where appropriate, offer the option to reschedule.

6. Payments

Accepted payment methods may include:

Available payment methods will be displayed at checkout or communicated when booking.

By submitting payment information, you authorize the applicable payment provider to process the amount due for your purchase or booking.

We reserve the right to cancel or decline transactions where we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorized activity, or a violation of these Terms, subject to applicable law.

Payment information may be processed by third-party payment providers. Ocean Aura Alchemy does not intentionally store complete credit-card information on its own systems.

7. Refunds, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

Digital Products

​

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, digital products are final sale and non-refundable once delivered or made available for download.

​

If you experience a technical problem preventing you from accessing a purchased digital product, please contact Ocean Aura Alchemy so we can attempt to resolve the issue.

​

Nothing in this section limits any cancellation or refund rights that may apply to you under applicable law.

​

Services

​

For booked services:

​

• Cancellation more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment: You may cancel for a full refund.

• Cancellation less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment: A cancellation fee of 50% of the session price may apply.

• No-show: If you do not attend a scheduled session and do not provide notice, the full session fee may be charged.

• Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled without a cancellation fee when at least 24 hours' notice is provided, subject to availability.

If Ocean Aura Alchemy needs to cancel a scheduled service, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund of the amount paid for that service.

 

Nothing in this section limits any refund, cancellation, or other rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection legislation.

8. Service Disclaimer

​

• Reiki, intuitive energy healing, meditation, spiritual insights, and non-clinical breathwork are provided for personal reflection, spiritual exploration, relaxation, and/or entertainment purposes only.

• Reiki is a complementary spiritual or wellness practice and is not medical treatment, diagnosis, or a substitute for professional healthcare.

• Ocean Aura Alchemy is not a licensed medical professional, physician, psychologist, psychiatrist, therapist, counselor, or attorney. Our services are not intended to replace advice, diagnosis, treatment, or care from a qualified professional.

• You should consult an appropriately licensed professional regarding medical, mental-health, legal, or other professional concerns.

Breathwork

​

• Non-clinical breathwork guides are provided for general educational and personal-reflection purposes. They are not medical or therapeutic treatment.

• You are responsible for using breathwork practices within your own abilities and circumstances. Stop any exercise immediately if you experience discomfort, dizziness, pain, difficulty breathing, or other concerning symptoms. Seek appropriate professional or medical assistance where necessary.

9. Readings and Interpretations

​

All PDF and audio readings are intended for entertainment and personal reflection only.

​

Tarot, astrology, intuitive, and spiritual readings involve interpretation and personal reflection.

 

Readings are not guaranteed to predict future events or produce specific outcomes. Interpretations may differ between practitioners and individuals.

 

No representation is made that a reading will be accurate, complete, or applicable to your particular circumstances.

 

You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions following any reading or spiritual service.

 

10. Service Delivery and Confidentiality

Ocean Aura Alchemy will make reasonable efforts to provide services as described at the time of booking.

​

We may need to modify or reschedule a service due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Where we cancel a service, you will be offered the applicable options described in these Terms.

​

Information shared with Ocean Aura Alchemy in connection with a private session will be treated as confidential, subject to applicable law and circumstances where disclosure is legally required or reasonably necessary to address safety, fraud, unlawful activity, or other legal obligations.

11. Third-Party Websites and Services

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ocean Aura Alchemy's total liability arising from a particular purchase or service will not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase or service.

This section does not require you to indemnify Ocean Aura Alchemy for matters caused by Ocean Aura Alchemy's own negligence, misconduct, or breach of applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any applicable jurisdictional, procedural, or dispute-resolution requirements imposed by law will apply.

 

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable where possible.

 

If it cannot be made enforceable, it will be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

Ocean Aura Alchemy may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business practices, or applicable legal requirements.
