Payment for services is required either at the time of booking or immediately after the session, as indicated at checkout. All information, descriptions, and images provided about our goods and services are as accurate as possible; however, we cannot guarantee complete accuracy and you purchase at your own risk.

We reserve the right to modify, reject, or cancel orders if necessary. If an order is canceled after payment, a refund will be issued. It is your responsibility to monitor your payment method to verify receipt of refunds.

5. Payments

Accepted payment methods include:

PayPal
Direct Deposit (if offered)
Cash (in-person sessions only)

By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the chosen payment instrument for the total amount due. We reserve the right to cancel or reverse any transaction that violates these Terms or applicable law. All payments are processed securely.

6. Refunds

Goods

All digital products (PDF and audio readings) are final sale and non-refundable.

Services

Full Refund: Cancellation at least 48 hours before a scheduled session.
Late Cancellation: 50% of the session fee if canceled within 48 hours.
No-Show: 100% of the session fee if the client does not attend without notice.
Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule without penalty if at least 48 hours’ notice is given.

7. Guarantees

Session Delivery: Reiki sessions will be provided as booked. If we are unable to provide a session, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.
Privacy: Client information and session details are kept strictly confidential.
Payment Security: All payments are processed securely.

8. Digital Products Disclaimer

All PDF and audio readings are intended for entertainment and personal reflection purposes only.
Your intuition may experience readings differently from ours, and we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy with any tarot, astrology, or intuitive reading.
We are not medical professionals, therapists, or counselors. These services are not a substitute for medical, mental health, or professional advice. Please consult a licensed professional for medical or psychological concerns.

9. Consumer Protection

Where applicable, these Terms do not limit your legal rights under consumer protection legislation. In case of conflict, mandatory provisions of the law prevail.
