Payment for goods and services must be made at the time of booking or immediately after the session, as indicated at checkout. Product descriptions and images are provided as accurately as possible; however, complete accuracy cannot be guaranteed, and you purchase at your own discretion.

Ocean Aura Alchemy reserves the right to modify, reject, or cancel orders when necessary. If an order is cancelled after payment, a refund will be issued. Users are responsible for confirming receipt of refunds with their payment provider.

5. Payments

Accepted payment methods include:

Credit Card
PayPal
Direct Deposit (if offered)
Cash (in-person sessions only)

By providing payment information, you authorize Ocean Aura Alchemy to charge the selected payment method for the total amount due. Any payment that violates these Terms or applicable law may be cancelled or reversed. All payments are processed securely.

6. Refunds

Goods

All digital products, including PDF and audio readings, are final sale and non-refundable.

Services

Full Refund: Cancellations more than 24 hours before the scheduled session will receive a full refund.
Late Cancellation: Cancellations less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
No-Show: Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice will result in a charge of 100% of the session fee.
Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled without penalty when at least 24 hours’ notice is provided.

7. Guarantees

Reiki sessions will be delivered as booked. If Ocean Aura Alchemy must cancel, clients may reschedule or receive a full refund.
Client information and session details are kept confidential.
All payments are processed securely.

8. Digital Products Disclaimer

All PDF and audio readings are intended for entertainment and personal reflection only.

Interpretations may vary, and no guarantee of accuracy can be given for tarot, astrology, or intuitive readings.

Ocean Aura Alchemy is not a licensed medical professional, therapist, counselor, psychiatrist, or attorney. Services provided are not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or other professional advice. Consult licensed professionals for medical, legal, or mental health concerns.

9. Consumer Protection

Where applicable, these Terms do not limit your legal rights under consumer protection laws. If a conflict arises, mandatory legal provisions will prevail.
