Reiki is based on the belief that a universal life force energy flows through and around all living things. By supporting this energy, Reiki is intended to promote relaxation, a sense of balance, and overall wellbeing. Please note that I am trauma-informed, and hands-on touch is not essential. Sessions are fully adapted for your comfort.
